Refund Policy

Cybervelo wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery (includes e-bike defects).

  • Incorrect Item Shipped: Full refund or exchange within 30 days.

  • Unwanted Items: Refunds within 14 days of delivery, minus shipping costs (original shipping non-refundable; e-bikes must be unassembled and in original packaging).

  • Non-Delivered Orders: Full refund if not received within estimated time + 10 days.

All sales are final for custom e-bikes or used items unless defective.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@cybervelousa.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

  2. We'll review within 2-3 business days.

  3. If approved, return the item (at your cost unless defective) to: STOP PLUS AUTO LLC, 17473 62ND RD N, Loxahatchee, FL 33470, USA.

  4. Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days after receipt/inspection.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Shipping fees, gift cards, and clearance items are non-refundable.

4. International Refunds

Customs fees are non-refundable. Return shipping for international orders is at your expense.
